Professional activity

Roberto Santini was born on 21 March 1964 in Verona. Married to Barbara, he lives in Valpolicella, in Pedemonte.

He graduated in Economics and Business with a thesis in Commercial Law in June 1988 with a score of 110 cum laude.

Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor (Decree of the Ministry of Justice of 12 April 1995), he has practiced the profession since 1990 with specialization in corporate law, financial statements, business income and indirect taxes, mainly in the Veneto and Trentino areas – South Tyrol and Lombardy.

He is a member of Boards of Auditors, Boards of Directors and Supervisory Bodies (Legislative Decree 231/2001) as well as statutory auditor of numerous companies and entities.

He practices cycling and loves the mountains. He is a Commander and member of the Board of Directors of the S.N.O.D.A.R. (Sovereign and Most Noble Order of Amarone and Recioto), as well as Treasurer of the same.

For many years he has been a speaker at numerous conferences and study and professional refresher seminars for professional associations, trade associations and training companies, in the field of corporate law, financial statements and business income.

His most significant experiences in this field were the following:

• Member of the scientific committee and permanent lecturer of Koinè Bolzano (training and conference company of the Orders of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts and Labor Consultants).
• Member of the Scientific Committee of the School of Higher Education for Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of the Triveneto area.
